    This means that we continuously monitor client computers to discover and resolve issues before they cause work outages. We plan maintenance around client work schedules to minimize client inconvenience.

  • Hiring a company that specalizes in technology provides a full staff of technicans at a cost that is often less expensive than hiring dedicated staff.

    The fixed cost is calculated using the number of supported desktop, server, and network devices. We believe delivering proactive technology support services at fixed monthly prices puts our interest in-line with the interests of our clients. This alignment of interests incentivizes us to be proactive, prevent outages, and make every minute spent serving our clients worthwhile.

  • We never require long-term contracts for our managed technology support services.

    The term for the managed technology support services is one month with fees and billed monthly and self-renewing until canceled. Any IT Support agreement can be canceled with 30 days written notice.
